Enclose the name and the address to where you wish to have the book shipped. If you want this to be a gift, a small card will be placed with the book stating such. Indicate with your order, if you desire, who the book is from. Please write, type or print all information CLEARLY. Orders cannot be sent to addresses that cannot be read. Allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery, if we have copies on hand. If we have to get new stock and your wait will be longer, we will contact you with that information and give you a chance to cancel your order.
